I have lost about 12 lbs taking the HCG. I just started a few weeks ago. I really do love the one that comes with the mango pills. Those give me energy so I take them in the morning since I don't get solid 8 hours lol. I love my sleep but this stuff sure helps to get the day going AND I am losing weight. I'd say go for it! Hey!
